Victor Swift has more than 18 years of experience in various aspects of litigation, including personal injury, civil rights matters, premises liability, wrongful death and products liability. He has extensive trial experience, as well as a background in assisting clients with resolving matters through skilled and unique negotiation techniques. Since joining the law firm of Gary, Williams, Parenti, Watson & Gary, P.L.L.C. in 1997, Mr. Swift has obtained several multi-million record-breaking settlements in personal injury matters.
Mr. Swift serves as a mentor to disadvantaged boys and girls, and often takes time out of his schedule to speak to school children about the importance of education and community service. Prior to joining the Firm, he worked at a youth development center where he provided counseling services to juveniles adjudicated delinquent by the court.
A native New Yorker, he spent nearly 15 years with the New York City Department of Employment where he was responsible for managing and monitoring millions of dollars in the federal employment and training contracts.
Mr. Swift holds membership’s in the National Bar Association and the Martin County Bar Association. He is licensed to practice in Florida State Courts, as well as the U.S. District Court of the Southern District of Florida, and the U.S. District Court of the Middle District of Florida. He is an avid reader of ancient history, a chess enthusiast and enjoys traveling with his wife, Ana.
