Pierre Daniel joined the Law firm of Gary, Williams, Parenti, Watson & Gary, P.L.L.C. in 2013. Mr. Daniel is dedicated to his clients and is known as a fighter in the courtroom. He focuses his practice on medical malpractice and wrongful death litigation.
Prior to joining the Firm, Daniel obtained extensive exposure to the practice of law while working at a medical malpractice law firm in Coral Gables, Florida, where he specialized in litigating personal injury and medical malpractice claims. He also worked with Florida Legal Services, Inc. as a Medicaid Compliance Officer, to ensure area pharmacies were abiding by state and federal guidelines. Mr. Daniel clerked with the Honorable Scott J. Silverman of the 11th Judicial Circuit in Miami, Florida.
Before pursuing his legal career, Daniel served as an advisor to property owners of a low-income community in suburban Miami, helping them to understand Homestead Exemption application compliance, property tax assessments, and other real estate matters. He also spent time living in the United States Virgin Islands where he worked as Unit Director of the Boys and Girls Clubs of America. In this capacity, Mr. Daniel managed the design and implementation of an after-school educational and athletic program for more than 60 children between the ages of 5 and 15.
Daniel received his J.D. from Florida International University College of Law in Miami, Florida in 2010, where he was recognized for his academic excellence. He received his B.S. from Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida and is an active member of the Caribbean Bar Association and Martin County Bar Association.
